[Manuskript]
(This is a note at the airport of
Havana, excuse me for the handwriting)*
I had a beautiful trip
in Europe* and now back home I began
to work on a new project. But I have
not forgotten about our encounter
in May.* I am expecting to see you
and embrace you and to talk for years of silence.*
Reynaldo Gonzales[sic]‡
is a very close friend and
a brother also. He is planning to stay about
a month in Italy
declining‡ around.
Please send any letter with him or any
inquiry.* I will see you, ¡I hope!, in the
first week of May because I’ll take
a plane to Madrid and then to Rome.*
You have no idea how I am longing for
you and waiting for the moment to see you.
We will go, then, to Rostock.*
A big hug,
Miguelito
