<seg> (arbitrary segment) represents any segmentation of text below the ‘chunk’ level.

Attributes
type opt
allows content categorization of the text passage.
Possible values
accounting
marks financial accounting records, mostly as separate sections at the end of the month in the diaries.
chamberMusic
marks people playing together in a small (non-public) framework.
performance
marks a performance.
correspondence
marks sending or receiving of a letter (postcard, telegram, etc.).
meeting
marks a meeting of several persons (e.g. dinner).
production
marks a productive activity such as writing reviews or composing works.
rehearsal
marks a visit of a rehearsal.
business
marks a business, e.g. offer or sale of works.
teaching
marks granting of teaching.
travel
marks travel activities, e.g. 'departed at 8 clock', 'lunch in Wurzen', 'Stayed Overnight in Oschaz'.
wordOfTheDay
marks a proverb by Weber which can be used on the WeGA main page.
strip
marks a segment printed/written/stamped on a strip of paper
