rec
describes the status of a document either currently or, when associated with a dated element, at the time indicated.
Possible values
proposed
(Category "red")
bottom category, i.e. documents are still in a raw state.
candidate
(Category "yellow")
middle category for documents that already have a certain distinction in their markup.
approved
(Category "green")
approved documents that match the current requirements of markup and went through control and checking procedures.
