"… 15 October 1976 and 1979"This postcard is undated, but it can be assumed that it was not written before 15 October 1976, because of the reference to another letter from Barnet dating from 10 October 1976. The letter was published with the title “Brief aus La Habana” in 1979, so it is highly unlikely that Barnet asked Henze if he had received it after its publication.
