Barnet talks about his ”Cimarrón” in music
“Biografía de un Cimarrón”
, the well-known testimonial novel by the young Cuban writer Miguel Barnet, has inspired the latest vocal poetic work by the famous maestro Hans Werner Henze, which will be premiered in a few days at the Aldeburgh Festival, conducted by the English composer Benjamin Britten.
