HenDi-WebApp Version 6.0.0
In version 6.0.0 of Henze Digital, we are publishing the correspondence between Hans Werner Henze and Paul Sacher.
The primary language of this correspondence is German.
Since only a few weeks have passed between releases 5.0.0 and 6.0.0, this release has focused on fixing display errors (bugs). Nevertheless, it is worth noting that an OAI-MPH interface has been integrated into the WeGA Web App as part of Henze Digital. This feature is currently awaiting approval from the main WeGA Web App developers and is expected to be included in Henze Digital with the next update (likely in October 2024).
The new features in the HenDi Web App include:
- The telegram view has been enhanced with a more refined layout, improving the readability of text elements.
- Initial music notation examples are displayed.
- Numerous display errors have been fixed.
- Linking options between catalog records have been expanded.
There are always things that still need to be done. Although the main work has been completed, we will continue to address the known issues until the end of October.
- The context menu for the letters is not designed to handle collectives. The early stage of this extension has proven to be a dead end and has therefore been disabled for this release.
- Music notation examples are not yet displayed in all documents.
